Adult Programs

En Avant Dance offers a fun and challenging series of 8-week courses for adults who love to dance.  All ages and skill levels are welcome!

Adult Ballet:  This class focuses on basic ballet technique in a casual environment.  From the absolute beginner to those looking to continue dancing, this class has something for everyone.

Adult Jazz:  A fun-filled, uptempo class that incorporates all of the latest dance moves. 

Adult Pilates/Yoga:  A gentle and relaxing introduction to Pilates and yoga techniques that promote flexibility, core strength, and overall wellness for both the body and the mind.
